Welcome to the new website. We have decided to move across to this format so I am able to update the website when away from the club. Fight Night is fast approaching and tickets are selling fast. Tickets can be purchased from the club, Beachcomber, Reef Rash, Russels Chippy and Total Signs. We are expecting a sell out especially as we have a full fight card of local fighters along with a European and British Title Fight. |
Kickboxercise and BoxerciseKickboxercise and Boxercise takes place on Wednesday night @ 6.45 – 7.30pm in the downstairs gym. Involves bag work, exercise stations and padwork in the ring. Allows you to train at your own pace but is gauranteed to make you push yourself all the way. Best 45 minutes of the week and all for £3.50. |
